During his 17 years in the industry, Gabriel Duenes has grown from an atmosphere furnace operator to the leader of a vacuum furnace department, having learned how to operate, maintain, install, and improve furnace equipment, operations, and processes. William Regula is a manufacturing engineer at RBC Precision Products, where he has been for five years. Williams’s responsibilities as a manufacturing engineer at RBC are diverse. As related to heat treating, he is responsible for maintaining the heat treat cell, identifying deviations in quality, and designing and then applying corrective measures.
