Ramon Romero was just 15 years old when he began his heat treating career at Hudapack Metal Treating of Illinois, Inc. Over the last year he earned the quality inspector position and has become a supervisor. Ramon goes above and beyond by working any shifts the company needs him on — which is not easy, since Hudapack runs 24/7. Héctor Leobardo Torres García is currently the project manager at SISAMEX — SISTEMAS AUTOMOTRICES DE MEXICO, with whom he has held a position since 2010. As a project manager, his leadership skills have been outstanding, as well as his professional demeanor, tenacity, and respect for his colleagues. Héctor shares extensive knowledge in the area of induction heat treatment as applies it to the automotive industry.
